Teresa Baggio
Fundadora
Engenheira, mediadora internacional, mãe. Pausou 3 vezes, retornou 3 vezes. Conhece o estigma da pausa na própria pele. Em vez de aceitar a regra, decidiu questioná-la.Realizou a primeira pesquisa nacional sobre pausas de carreira, estudou modelos internacionais, e criou o Instituto para trazer ao Brasil o que já funciona em mais de 20 países.
Patricia Costa
Mentora
Há 30 anos, Patricia Costa atua promovendo transformações individuais e organizacionais. Com cerca de 20 anos de experiência em consultorias como Accenture e Price Waterhouse, construiu sólida trajetória em mudanças organizacionais, gestão de talentos, transição de carreira, coaching e mentoring. Desde 2021, também atua como mentora voluntária no programa Nós Por Elas, do Instituto IVG. É formada em Administração pela UFRJ, com MBA e mestrado pelo IBMEC, além de certificação em Coaching Integrado.
